This is a translation for convenience. If the versions differ, the Finnish version prevails. The Finnish version
Prices exclude VAT (VAT 0%). VAT at 25.5% is added to the invoice, and the price including VAT is shown under every price.
The price list is part of Houstie’s general terms. It applies to service contracts and to orders placed through houstie.fi. Customers are notified of changes to the price list by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect.

- The monthly fee is per site and is billed per calendar month. Billing starts from the site’s first publish, and the first month is billed from the publishing day to the end of the month.
- A publish means that changes the customer has approved go live on the public site. One publish can contain many changes.
- The maximum number of users is per account: if the account has several sites, the limit follows the highest plan.
- The notice period is one calendar month (general terms, section 9).

- The one-off fee depends on the site’s scope, not on the plan. On Lite the site is a one-page site.
- The one-off fee is billed with the site’s first publish. Nothing is billed before the customer approves the publish.
- The price of a large site is agreed by quotation before the work starts.

- The price is a yearly fee. It is billed on registration and yearly after that, unless the service contract says that the domain is included in the monthly fee.
- Houstie registers the domain in its own name (Kaupunkilounaat Oy) and, when the contract ends, transfers it to the customer or to a provider the customer names, for the handling fee in the price list (€49).
- A new domain is registered only after the customer has approved the site’s first publish.
Agreed prices
A service contract can agree prices that differ from this price list, for example waiving the one-off fee or including the domain in the monthly fee. An agreed price takes precedence over this price list.
