A clear monthly price, every extra listed.

The website build is a one-⁠off fee, and it depends on the size, not the plan: a one-page site €790, a site of up to 6 pages €1,790, and a large site from €2,990, quoted individually (excl. VAT). Lite is always a one-page site.

A publish is when you approve your changes and they go live. One publish can hold many changes. Lite includes 2 publishes a month; Basic and Business are unlimited. The count is per site and resets on the 1st of every month (Finnish time). A scheduled publish counts when you schedule it, and a cancelled schedule is given back. Going back to an earlier version and publishes Houstie makes don’t count.

Chat messages have a fair-use limit that prevents misuse. Normal use never reaches it. If you do reach it, you’ll see a notice in the admin, and nothing is lost.

A page has its own address, such as /services/, and your site’s size counts these. In Basic and Business you can add blog and news posts, events and other collection pages by writing, in the sections built for them; they don’t count towards the pages. Entirely new pages and sections and structural changes are done as support work.

Business’s 60 minutes are per month and don’t roll over. Work beyond that, and support work on the other plans, cost €20 per started 15 minutes, and we give you an estimate first.

You can change plan any time. The new price applies from the start of the next billing period, the new plan’s limits at once. Moving to a smaller plan removes none of your content. If you have more forms or users than the new plan includes, choose which ones stay before the new price begins; otherwise we take the extra ones out of use, the most recently added first. Responses your forms have already received are kept. Languages the new plan doesn’t include stay and are billed as extra languages (€15 / month each).

The monthly fee and the website build are billed only once you approve the launch. The first invoice has the website build and the monthly fee from the launch day to the end of the month. A new domain’s yearly fee is billed when the domain is registered. We never ask for a card, and payment terms are 14 days.

No lock-in. One month’s notice: if you give notice in October, November is the last month billed. Your content and images are yours, and you can take them with you free of charge. If you like, you also get the site as ready static files (HTML, CSS, images and content) that work on any web server. They are free if the website build was paid for, or once you have used the service for at least 12 months; otherwise they cost €790 (excl. VAT).

Each site has its own plan. Two sites on one account means two plans. Business support minutes are pooled across the account’s sites. The number of users is per account and follows the account’s highest plan.
