Lite suits an association whose site changes rarely: texts, images and contact details kept current, with 2 publishes a month and 2 users. Basic suits you if you publish events or news, have several groups or two languages: unlimited publishes and 5 users.
We bill monthly, and the first invoice comes only after you approve the launch. The yearly price is the VAT-inclusive monthly price times twelve. A new domain is registered only then, and its yearly fee (for example .fi €36.40 incl. VAT) is billed at registration.

Your association has a Business ID (Y-tunnus)
Leave your details – it takes a couple of minutes. You can give the Business ID, billing details and domain straight after or on the phone, and we fetch the name and address from the Finnish business register.

Does our association need a Business ID?
An order needs one. If you don’t have one, get in touch and we’ll tell you the options.
What happens when the board changes?
The owner invites the new members by e-mail and removes those who leave. Lite has room for 2 users, Basic 5 and Business 10. The site, its versions and form submissions stay with the association. The owner role can be handed over.
Is there a discount for associations?
No separate discount. Prices are the same for everyone; we show them incl. VAT for associations so the comparison is fair.
Can we get one invoice a year?
For now we bill monthly. We show the yearly price so you can put it in your budget.
Does Houstie replace our membership register?
No. Houstie is your public website. Your register and payments stay where they are – myClub, Jopox, Suomisport or whatever you use – and we link to them from the site.
Can anyone on the board update the site?
If you can write an e-mail, you can update the site. Changes appear as a preview, and nothing goes live without approval. Lite has 2 user logins and Basic 5.
Who owns the site and content?
The association. You can take the content and images free of charge, and you can also get the site as ready files that work on any server (terms in the FAQ). The association’s own domain stays with the association, and a domain Houstie registered is moved to you for a handling fee (€49).
